I’m all about warm desserts, especially this time of the year. I’m also all for desserts that are practically foolproof and require minimal ingredients. As mentioned in the video, it’s also ‘not too sweet’ – it’s just right.

Ingredients

5 ripe baby bananas (or 1 ripe banana), sliced into coins

1/4 cup small tapioca pearls

2 cups water

1 cup coconut cream

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

Rinse and soak tapioca pearls in a bowl with 1 cup of water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine all the ingredients in a pot. Heat until boiling, turn down the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with crushed and salted roasted peanuts.
