- Hodo’s Organic Miso Tofu has limited distribution but is available in retailers Safeway (Northern California) and Mom’s Organic Market (Mid-Atlantic). If the Organic Miso Tofu is unavailable in your area, feel free to use Hodo’s other products for this recipe, like their extra firm tofu or braised tofu.
- Peanut sauce can be found in most grocery stores, or you can make it at home using this recipe.
- Refrigerate leftover shredded tofu in an airtight container for up to 3 days. It is best to prepare the noodles on the day of consumption.
