Looking for a new way to cook broccoli? This Calabrian chili broccoli is the answer! The broccoli florets are full of a soy-based sauce and then coated in a creamy plant-based yogurt and spicy Calabrian chili sauce. This is the perfect, healthy side dish!

4 cups broccoli florets

1.5 tbsp agave nectar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp neutral oil

*Calabrian Chili Sauce*

1 tbsp calabrian chili

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 juice of a lemon

Pinch of salt and black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Boil broccoli in a pot of water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and transfer broccoli to a air fryer or baking tray. Coat the broccoli with oil, agave nectar, and soy sauce. Air fry at 400F for 5 minutes or bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes until brown around the edges.

In a small pan, heat up the olive oil, garlic, calabrian chili, lemon, salt, and black pepper for 1-2 minutes.

Add plant-based yogurt to a plate then the broccoli, calabrian chili sauce, and fried shallots. Enjoy!
