A few notes:
- Enoki mushrooms can be found in most Asian grocery stores.
- Although date syrup is used in this recipe, it can be substituted with maple syrup or sugar.
- I used harissa paste from Trader Joe’s. Most grocery stores these days carry pre-made jars of harissa paste or sauce.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
