*For the tofu skin roll*

4 tofu skin sheets (8” x 8”)

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp avocado oil

*For the sauce*

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions

Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

Lay two tofu skin sheets on a clean surface. Fold the sides and roll into a rectangular shape. Repeat the remaining tofu skin sheets. Dust with cornstarch on both sides.

Heat up a pan with oil. Cook the tofu skin roll for 3 minutes on each side. Pour the sauce and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes and flip halfway. At the end, spoon the sauce over the rolls. Enjoy with scallion oil and rice!
