Scallion Oil, also known as Mo Hanh, is a garnish served on top of a variety of Vietnamese dishes to add flavor and richness.

Scallion oil is best eaten fresh. If there are any leftovers, store the scallion oil in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Reheat in the microwave for about 20 seconds before serving.
