Cooking Instructions

Prep the bird eye chili pepper and garlic. In a clean jar, combine the sugar, hot water, vinegar, soy sauce, lime, chili pepper, and garlic. Mix everything well and enjoy! Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
