These Chocolate Tahini Oat Protein Bars are my favorite way to get protein in after my morning workout. With just a few ingredients you might already have, you can make your own homemade protein bars that taste like a delicious treat.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 scoops plant-based chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk

1/4 cup tahini

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow it time to cool down before enjoying.
